Store Policy



Although we specialize in GBODY parts we also have years of experience in all GM restoration and performance parts from 1955 to 2020. If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us as we respond to all messages and or parts requests within 24 -48 hours.

Part fitment is YOUR responsibility, do not rely on google part compatibility. Please ensure you check your original GM part number to ensure you are ordering the right part. If you are unsure, please ask.

All allowable returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and you will be required to pay return shipping along with any brokerage and or duty charge.



We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.  Payment is due immediately at the time of the cart.

Shipping time and costs:

Although our location is open 5 days a week (Sunday – Thursday), we only ship weekdays. All parts orders leave our warehouse within 48 - 72 hours (With the exception of all oversize items, please allow 72 hours for shipping) Items can take anywhere from 3 - 21 days to arrive. Once the item is shipped from our location we will provide you with a tracking number.

Shipping Insurance:

Insurance is both recommended and suggested on all purchases as they are no longer our responsibility upon releasing the item to the designated courier of choice. 

Shipping Costs: 

All oversized purchases the buyer automatically assumes responsibility of all freight costs.

Drop ship costs are included in all purchases, all items shipping costs are finalized and quoted at the time of the check out.

Item Quality & Warranty:

All parts are sold as is, electrical items are tested prior to resale and are final sale. 

All original used GM parts are final sale (Unless otherwise listed), we do our best to notate all damage and or wear on the items listed however as some of them are upwards of 50 years old so please keep in mind you are purchasing this item for fitment quality rather than show quality. 

Reproduction parts are guaranteed from the manufacture, for no reason is BCGBODY Parts Direct Inc. liable for warrantying a reproduction component.

Customer service and product fitment are our highest priority therefore if you have any questions about the item you are interested in or require further photographs, please feel free to request them and converse with us.



All sales are final and not refundable, unless otherwise noted along with any shipping and or handling charges that may have applied to the said transaction. If items are damaged in transit via courier service this is your responsibility to follow through and file a claim with the company at hand, you must notify us as the shipper within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if you are to file a claim.

Lead Times:

Lead times for restoration and performance parts may vary based on the vendors production and order fulfillment times. Dakota Digital gauge packages and some OER and Goodmark sheet metal currently have longer lead times due to back logs at production facilities.
