This used OEM Monte Carlo Emblem would make a good restoration candidate. Some fading/lifting of color and some scuffing to chrome which could be offset with a detail/polish. The plastic overly is loose and will need to be reattached. Does not come with adhesive tape. Please refer to the photos for more details. Check all part numbers and condition to ensure you are not only ordering the right part but also the condition is suited to your needs.
